Update: Here is a better link to the “10 Ways to Make Money on Zazzle” article (full of imagetastic glory).
Contributor dndartstudio came up with a great list of 10 ways to help improve your sales on Zazzle. The list includes ideas like becoming a Zazzle Associate, creating the best quality gear possible (image templates help with that), interacting with the community (the Zazzle forums are good for that) and more.
See all the top 10 ideas at dndartstudio’s blog. Also, if you’ve got a good idea, submit it in the comments or the forums, and help your fellow Zazzlers make some more cash!

Awesome stuff! One thing I can’t stress enough is marketing your own products wherever you can. Squidoo lenses, Zimbio, blogs, etc. I started Zigg (http://zigg.corank.com) as another place you can post your designs, get them ranked, discuss them, etc. (shameless plug, I know, but valid nonetheless)

Great tips, I would add one more, participate in the Zazzle design contests. I’ve been able to drive a lot of traffic to my store by submitting designs to several Zazzle contests. My contest designs have been some of my top selling products due in large part to the exposure the contest gives them.
