Support Earthquake Relief Efforts in Japan with Zazzle Donation T-Shirt

by

Distant tragedies, such as the earthquake and tsunami that devastated Japan last week, can often leave us feeling helpless and ineffective. What can we do? How can we help? These are questions that are hard to answer even locally and exacerbated by distance and cultural differences. Thankfully, there are many that figure out ways to help as quickly as possible – thankfully the Zazzle community is one of those places. As soon as the news began to filter into the US, artist created designs in solidarity with the Japanese people, many donating their royalties to charities. The speed and outpouring of support was an amazing effort that’s a testament to the power of the Zazzle Community.

The Zazzle Team wanted to help organize this support, so we created the store Japan Relief. In this store, artists can share their support Japan designs and customers can make donations to the Japanese Red Cross by making a purchase. Also included in this store is Zazzle’s official Japan Relief T-Shirt. $10 of each official Japan Relief T-Shirt sold will go to the Japanese Red Cross. Check out the official shirt below or go to the store to find more great content. Thanks to the Zazzle Community we no longer have to wonder what we can do to help in the face of global tragedy.
