Newly minted “front-runner” Herman Cain and Chris “I’m not running but I meet with GOP presidential power brokers anyway” Christie seem to be garnering equal attention in the media right now despite their different stances toward the presidency (Cain running, Christie not). This confuses me and leads me to wonder: Since the media can’t decide, which one does the Zazzle consumer think have the best shot of going up against Obama in 2012? Well the votes (searches) are in and Cain is the runaway winner.
If Herman Cain t-shirts and Chris Christie t-shirts are the new straw poll indicator, it looks to me that the Zazzle consumer doesn’t believe Christie is going to run in 2012 (despite the media attention). What do you think? Who’s your Republican front-runner? Share in the comments.

Herman Cain, I like his ’999′ plan and the fact the he is a self made man, has presidential dignity.

Most recently, the top Republican front-runners have been Perry and Romney. Now Cain has joined them. Christie has said he wants to stay governor, so I don’t know why this is being phrased as a Christie-Cain competition for the Republican nomination.

Herman cain just won georgia and florida straw poll Herman Cain is polling 5% nation wide hes not even close to being in the top tier which is in this order rick perry mitt romney ron paul then everyone else is in 2nd or 3rd tier. If you wanna go by straw poll wins Ron Paul is #1. If you wanna go by who beats obama it goes Mitt romney and Ron Paul no other canidate gets in striking distance. If you go by online polls Ron Paul is on top. If you go by rassmussen gallop cnn polls ect. It goes perry romney paul. I think Ron Paul is being underestimated I think Perry will fall hes weak in debates and people have already started to turn on him so it will leave romney and paul as top 2.
