Our recent partnerships with American MoJo and Rickshaw Bagworks is proof positive that we want to add products to Zazzle’s platform that change the world with socially and ecologically responsible missions – the custom L.I.F.E Bag is first product on Zazzle to bring that mission to Kenya. In partnership with Comfort the Children International, the L.I.F.E. bag is a cotton bag handmade in Kenya by Malaika mothers. Each custom bag sold on Zazzle provides these mothers with the opportunity to earn an income for their families, provide an education for their children, and create a product that improves the environment. Learn more about one of the mothers and her daughter, Ruth from the below video.
So can your purchases change the world? Yes! I’m happy to say that EACH sale has a very real impact for these mothers and their children. What do you think of the L.I.F.E bag? What socially responsible products would you like to see Zazzle add next? Share in the comments!

I believe the L.I.F.E. bag is a wonderful way to help others by giving a ‘hand up’ to those who want to work, but need an opportunity to earn their way. I do have not designed one yet, but I will do so before the day is out. I ‘m glad to be a part of it!

This is a beautiful bag and a wonderful idea but I need to know that Comfort the Children is in no way related to Invisible Children. Please clarify – I know Zazzle investigates things thoroughly.

I am not trying to start trouble or cause a controversy, I just need some clarification on this issue.
Thanks very much.

Mindy, I can’t speak for either of them, but they do focus on separate countries. CTC here is talking about moms in Kenya. Invisible Children is focused on Uganda.
