Join Zazzle in Supporting Nepal

By • 4 years ago with no replies yet

Here at Zazzle, we’re always looking for ways to make a difference, whether it’s enabling Designers and Makers to do what they love, or supporting entrepreneurial mothers in Kenya.

Today, we’re inviting you to join us in contributing to relief efforts for Nepal. We’ve just launched this brand new store to lend our support to those affected by the recent events in Nepal: Support Nepal. Zazzle will contribute thirty percent of gross proceeds (not including taxes or shipping and handling charges) from each product listed in the “Support Nepal” store to Direct Relief.

There are two ways you can join us:

1. Lend your creativity to create and submit original designs to contribute to the Support Nepal effort.

Once you’ve taken a look at the official rules for this new store, you can get started submitting your own designs right here. Be sure to add the official tag “SUPPORTNEPAL” to your product to submit it for inclusion in this store. As this is a charity effort, designs submitted to the Support Nepal store will not incur a Designer royalty.

2. Purchase one of our limited edition designs created by Zazzle by May 25th.

This unique art is based on the Emblem of Nepal, which features Mount Everest, Rhododendrons, and the national motto “The mother and the motherland are greater than heaven” in Sanskrit. Zazzle will contribute 100% of the profits from sales of the limited edition “Support Nepal” products to Direct Relief (the purchase price of the product excluding taxes and shipping and handling, minus the costs of goods).  These limited edition products will be available for sale through 11:59 pm PDT on May 25, 2015.

We hope you’ll join us in contributing to Nepal relief efforts!
