  1. Hi Liz,

The card contest is a great idea! Zazzle should do more of these as it motivates creativity and brings excitement in the creative process.
However, what worries me is that we need to create a postage stalp as well, but it seems that Zazzle content review process is stuck. I have stamps that are stuck since September 4, so I am anxious whether they will be reviewed before the contest deadline.
    Thanks for considering this issue!
    Best regards
    Kristine

    1. Our postage stamps are reviewed individually by real people, so it can take some time when there is a high volume. We’ll touch base with our team to get stamps approved as quickly as possible. Thanks!

  2. Woo! This is my first year on Zazzle and I’m super excited to enter this contest. One question — my entries are being held up by the approval process for stamps. I’ve had most of them in the content review queue since last week but there seems to be some lingering backlog from Labor Day Weekend. Should we expect the stamp approval times to return to near-normal this week? Thanks so much!

  3. Hi LIz,
I am having the same issue with the stamps. I have many designs that have not been reviewed yet. I hope they will be reviewed before the end of the contest.
Also, once a collection is completed on my end, how long does it take to feed into the contest? How will I know that you are receiving my entries?
    Thanks,
    Heather

    1. As long as you are including the proper tag in your collection (not each individual product, the collection itself), we see it! Thanks!

    2. Thanks! I have another concern…I have created most of my products using the QUICK CREATE option. It has been several days, and I am not seeing any of my new items. Is this taking longer than normal? In the past, most of my items have posted within 24-48 hours.

  4. This is my first time participating in the contest. Likewise my postage stamps are in the queue for approval. By the way do we need to type the word 2015CardContest in the apostrophe. I do not wish to miss the contest and want to make sure complying with all the requirement.

    1. When creating your collection, you should be sure to include the tag 2015CardContest (you do not need any punctuation). Thanks!

  5. I had the last item added to some of my collections today…they were stamps that I couldn’t add to my collections until they were cleared. Will those collections still count? I hope so!! 🙂

    1. Yes, as long as the Collection itself was submitted (tagged) by the deadline of 9/20. Please see our update: Because postage stamps require approval before appearing on Zazzle, we will consider any Collection containing all 3 of the other required items a valid entry as long as the postage stamp is added to the Collection upon approval.
