Now that it’s really getting chillier, one of the things that really makes a difference in your level of cozy is adding different touches around the home for getting into the seasonal spirit.

Many of us are getting ready to receive a flood of holiday cards, filled with photos of friends and family, and warm wishes for the season from our loved ones.

Of course, you want to see all of those smiling faces and messages of good cheer all throughout the season. Here’s one of the easiest ways to turn your holiday cards into holiday decor: garland!

The best thing about this little DIY decor is that you don’t need to be a crafting wizard to do it. The only supplies needed are: string, hanging nails, clothespins, your holiday cards, and some optional jingle bells for a fun seasonal accent.

You can hang your garland anywhere, but we especially loved this wintry fireplace accent. Simply hang your string, clip on holiday cards with the clothespins and add bells if you’re looking for some jingle bling.

Easy as that! What other easy ideas do you have for displaying holiday cards this season?
