Today’s Featured Designer is feeling zen! Learn more about the bright and wild designs of Designer Rebecca Wang of Psychedlic Art in our interview.

Tell us about you!

I was born and grew up in Northern Viriginia. I currently live in Houston, Texas. I am a freelance artist and a former veterinary technician. I also tutor on the side.

Tell us about the space where you do your work. Do you have an official studio or have your carved out a nook in your home?

I work out of my home. The formal dining room has been converted to my office/art studio.

What is your background in art/design? What got you started creating?
I am a self-taught artist who has been doing art seriously for the past 10 years, and professionally for the past 3 years. I have always loved to draw.

Where do you find inspiration for your designs?

My inspiration comes from nature and animals, Celtic and Asian art, mandalas, and psychedelic and visionary art.

When do you feel your most creative? Your least?

I feel the most creative in the late evening before I go to bed.

What are your favorite products to design on Zazzle?
The clocks and poufs are fun to design!

If you could wish for one new product on Zazzle, what would it be and why?
All-over print purse! [Ed. note: We just added all-over print tote and cross body bags!]

What was the very first Zazzle product that you sold?

My Phoenix and Dragon art print.

What are your favorite product types to design on Zazzle?
