The holidays are almost here and you’re busy making personalized gifts that tug at the heartstrings for your loved ones. As we enter the final stretch before the holidays, you may think of questions about your existing Zazzle orders. Today, we’ll go over the top five questions you may have about your order, so it’s easy for you to keep planning.
1. Where is my order?
Zazzle makes each product to order, so there are several stages the products have to go through from the moment you place your order to the time it gets delivered. To find out what stage your order is in, login into your Zazzle account, hover your avatar, and click on “My Orders.”
Once you are on your order page, you will see four circles on a line which represent one stage of the order process. Each time a stage is completed, it will be marked by a check mark with a filled in line leading up to it. The first two steps are “Payment Verification” and “Order Processing.” The third step “Order Made” means your product is ready.
Last but not least, and the most exciting one of all, is the last step which tells you that your order has shipped.

2. I changed my mind about my order, what do I do?
If you would like to make a design change for your order, or you realize that you need the order shipped to a different address, then you can cancel order through your Zazzle account and place a new order. As long as your order is still in “Processing Order” status and has not entered production stage, the order should be easy to cancel. Simply go to your order history page, and click “cancel your order.”

3. I like this store owner’s designs, but I would like some modifications, where do I go?
If you would like to see if the store owner can modify an existing design or create a custom new design for you, you can contact them by visiting their store page, and then clicking on the “Contact Store Owner” button.
Once you click the “Contact Store Owner” button, a popup will appear with options for you to select a topic. In order to contact the store owner, choose “Design question” for your topic, fill out the form, and click send.
4. I’m not done shopping, can I still get it in time for Christmas?
We recommend ordering as soon as possible and reviewing all of our shipping information before placing your order. 5. I got my order, but I need to return it. What do I do?
The Zazzle Promise is if you don’t love it, we’ll take it back! You have 30 days after receiving your products to contact Customer Care and request a return. For full return instructions, take a look at this help center article.
