Do you have any tips for Designers and Associates who are just starting out?
My tips for Associates who are just starting out are to be creative, imaginative, original and have fun with it. Keep in mind that you should create not only items that you would enjoy, but also those that others would enjoy. Everyone likes different types of products and designs. If you are flexible in your creativity and include a larger target group of people, then you can find more success with designing and promoting your products.
